During the group exercise to music and aerobics instructors course with circuits I’ll learn about... designing freestyle aerobics, body conditioning and circuit training classes, systems of the body, principles of training, physical activity promotion and health and safety. If I choose the Diploma option I will also learn about pump fx, groove fx and/or blast fx . I will then be able to do further courses in order to teach step aerobics , aqua aerobics , health related exercise for children , pump fx , blast fx, groove fx and/or stomp fx .
