Kettlebells are fast becoming one of the most versatile and multi-functional tools available in the sports and fitness arenas. Having been around for centuries and originating out of Russia, these fantastic tools are now being utilised by fitness professionals across the training spectrum. Their use can provide fast results including fat loss, MSE and cardiovascular benefits. Whilst their use has become prolific, understanding the safety aspects and correct techniques for kettlebells is vital. This course is aimed at gym instructors and personal trainers who wish to use kettlebells as part of their individual sessions and overall client programming. Students prior to booking onto the practical days listed below, must complete the pre-course reading and online theory component of this workshop. Upon reading, completing and passing the theory worksheets, students can then book onto any one of the practical workshops below. Here, they will be practically assessed to test competency. and all students will be given the FIE kettlebell certificate of attendance and awarded 8 REPs CPDs.
