During the health related exercise for children's course I’ll learn about... designing activities for children between 5-11 years of age, the physical differences between adults and children and how this affects exercise as well as how to adapt activities for the 5-11 age group.

This gym for adolescents course is great for... people who are already qualified as a gym instructor and want to design gym, resistance training and cardio-vascular training programs for adolescents (aged 12-16 years).

With this gym for adolescents course I can... gain employment in any of the major health club chains and independent fitness centres in the UK as well as earn points towards my Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) (re-)registration.

During the gym for adolescents course I’ll learn about... designing programs for adolescents, the physical, mental, cognitive and emotional development of adolescents in relation to gym instruction as well as how to modify exercises to make them suitable for adolescents.

I’ll study this gym for adolescents course... online. I can work at my own pace, in my own time and from where I like. All can then choose to either attend an assessment day or be externally assessed at a local college or training institution.
