This fitness & circuit instructor course is great for… people who want a career in the fitness industry as a gym instructor and who wish to supplement their income by teaching circuit classes.

With this fitness & circuit instructor course I can… gain employment in any of the major health club chains and independent fitness centres in the UK as well as qualify for entry on the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) at Level 2. I will also earn 20 CPD points towards my REPS re-registration. I may then move onto the Personal Trainer Course.

During this fitness & circuit instructor course I’ll learn about… designing cardiovascular, resistance training and circuit training programs as well as systems of the body, principles of training, physical activity promotion and health and safety.
