How do I know where I am going wrong on a worksheet?
You will need to contact a tutor via tutor support to get feedback on the worksheet you are studying. Once you have completed the module, you will have access to your own results, including the answers to all questions.

Why is my score always the same no matter what answers I put into the worksheet?
The system will only ever record and display your highest score to date i.e. you best result so far. If your score does not improve, this means you have not improved on your score. It will never show a lower score. You should therefore only ever answer the worksheets as best you can and never randomly select answers in an attempt to 'trick' the system into changing your score.

Half the worksheet is off the screen and I can't see all of the question.
The worksheets have been optimised for a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768. If you are unable to view the entire worksheet screen, you will need to increase your screen resolution. In Windows, click on Start > Control Panel > Display > Setting tab > adjust the screen resolution of 1024 x 768 > click ok.

What is the e-Classroom
The e-Classroom sessions are guided learning sessions led by a qualified tutor. They are conducted using internet conferencing software so all you need to participate is a PC connected to the internet. You do not need to go anywhere to participate. You can do so in your own home. Sessions are run daily on different topics based on specific sections of the course.

What is the cost of booking into an e-Classroom?
All e-Classroom sessions are free.

How can I book into an e-Classroom session?
Log into your student desktop and then click on e-Classroom Timetable in the menu bar at the top of the page. This will show you a current list of scheduled classes. Simply click on the session you wish to attend to book in. You will then see the list of classroom sessions which you have booked into appear on your student desktop.

Why may I not book into some e-Classroom sessions?
You must be currently studying the specific module in which the e-Classroom session covers, to book into it. As only the information about the specific topic are being discussed, it would not be worth your while if you were to book into a session which you were not studying.
