This group indoor cycling course is great for... people who are already qualified as a gym instructor, personal trainer and/or group exercise to music instructor and wish to teach group indoor cycling classes.
With this group indoor cycling course I can... gain employment in any of the major health club chains and independent fitness centres in the UK, or be a freelance instructor.
During the group indoor cycling course I’ll learn about... designing freestyle, group indoor cycling classes, indoor cycling approaches and techniques, class set up, use of music as well as health and safety considerations.
I’ll study this group indoor cycling course... online. I can work at my own pace, in my own time and from where I like. All I have to attend personally is the assessment day and the practicum component.
I will have access to... the online study guide, a dedicated Tutor Support phone line, online forums, discussion and study groups.
The group indoor cycling qualification I gain... is accredited by Central YMCA Qualifications and is internationally recognised.
