With this level 5 life coaching certification course I can… offer Life Coaching services to my personal training clients and really motivate them in a positive way not just to achieve their fitness goals, but also their life goals as well.

During this accredited and online life coaching course I'll learn about… how to help clients create the right mind set to achieve their fitness goals. I will also cover neuro linguistic programming, time and stress management, an introduction to psychology, managing and mentoring my clients.

I'll study this level 5 life-coaching accredited courses… online. I can work at my own pace, in my own time and from where I like. There are no assessment or training days to attend. I will however, have to submit 5 assignments in total.

During this Life coach certification course I will have access to… the online study guide as well as Tutor Support by phone and through the online Student Help Desk.

Before I start this best online life-coaching training courses and programs, I must have… it is advisable to be qualified at Level 2 as a fitness instructor (gym or ETM) and/or L3 as a Level 3 Personal Training, but not compulsory. In addition to this, it will be beneficial to be working with clients already. I must have access to other trainers so I may complete the part of the management section of the course.

The level 5 coaching & mentoring qualification I gain… offers life-coach training accreditation by The Institute of Leadership Management and is a nationally recognised qualification. I will also receive 16 CPD points from the Registers of Exercise Professionals for each unit. This means I will receive a total of 80 REPS CPD points over the entire course.
